All new home builds and minor project requests for existing homes undergo a review using a third-party software platform, Arcoflow.

New home builds undergo a multi-level review. The process begins with a proposal and required free review* from the ARC.
*To initiate this initial review, communicate with the office and email a copy of your elevations and home plan to the manager.
Once the DESIGN of the home is approved, the construction process can begin:
